Christ Candle Response for Fall 2014 -- to go with the Narrative Lectionary
There
is a promise, there is a God who promises to be with us, to lead us,
to give us life – and that in abundance.
May
the light of this candle remind us that we are people of the promise,
and that God is faithful to the covenant of life.
